Food has the power to connect, nourish, and inspire—and no one embodies this more than Chef Mauricio Chirinos of Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar. As one of the featured chefs at Food & Friends’ 32nd Annual Chef’s Best Dinner & Auction, Chef Mauricio is blending bold flavors and heartfelt purpose to support a mission that aligns with his own values: that food is medicine, and that everyone deserves access to it.
We sat down with Chef Mauricio to discuss his culinary journey, his passion for using food to create connection, and what guests can expect at this year’s Chef’s Best.
