On July 13, Food & Friends celebrated a historic milestone: the groundbreaking of the Nourish Together: Building a Healthy Community, our expansion project that will double our capacity to provide medically tailored meals and nutrition services to neighbors living with serious illnesses.
Joined by supporters, volunteers, healthcare partners, elected officials, and community leaders, we marked the beginning of a new chapter that will allow Food & Friends to serve more people, strengthen the Food is Medicine movement, and build a healthier future for our region.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped make this day possible and who continues to invest in our mission.
