Delivery Assistant(s) Needed
The Volunteer Services team is in high need of a Delivery Assistant for Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 9AM-12PM. We are looking for one-to-two volunteers to come every week, or every other week.
All volunteers for this position must be 16 years or older.
The Delivery Assistant will focus primarily on assisting delivery volunteers in loading their vehicles with meals for delivery. Looking for volunteers who can lift heavy temperature-controlled bags (15+ pounds each), push/pull carts loaded with temperature-controlled bags, and are comfortable with going in and out of outdoor industrial freezer. The Delivery Assistant will also be responsible for disinfecting and organizing returned bags.
This is a great opportunity for a duo—partners/spouses, parent-child, siblings, etc. If you are interested in becoming a Delivery Assistant, or know someone that may be interested, please respond to this email and we’ll see about getting you started.
Thank You!
